Northwest Division sprang into action faster than Ricky Bobby after a 33-year-old suspect shaked and baked his way out of a dealership with a stolen Land Rover.

AIR1 had eyes on the high-speed wannabe as he blew through red lights like they were suggestions and tore through Sturgeon County like he was chasing the checkered flag.

This ain’t Talladega Nights. It’s Edmonton. And real life includes spike belts.

Multiple EPS units and the RCMP ended the joyride in handcuffs.
